Interview went really well for her. They required one additional document that we thought we didn't need. The CENOMAR document was needed. We thought we didn't need it because she had already been married once, but since she has been a widow for 8+ years, they considered her unmarried. It was a simple application and submitted online. It added an extra week before she receives the Visa but it looks like all is a go!!!
Finally issued the Visa on CEAC on 10/29/15 |

Requested Additional Evidence. Since the request was submitted 15 months ago, I guess is isn't as current as they would like. Responding with evidence on 7/11/2019. BTW, they moved our request from the California Service Center to Nebraska. Hope that's a good thing. 7/17/2019, received confirmation of USCIS (Nebraska) getting our response to their request for more info. |
