I just returned home alone from the Philippines, yep it sucks. I married there and the only thing I have is the Certificate of marriage. I'm clueless to know where to even start the process. I noticed websites like Rapidvisa, but they seem to just charge me to fill out the forms properly. Then I stumbled across this site. I hope this is the proper forum for this question. What do I do now? :)

Welcome, this forum is full of information and is a Do It Yourself style help community.

Sounds like you will be filing a from I-130 to bring your wife over here.

That would be the first page you should read, from there on read everything you can about the form I-130 process. It is a petition to bring your wife over here, and your first step.

As you get going you will be able to ask more specific questions about which section you get stuck on. Here is the link for the forums on this process http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/302-ir1-cr1-general-guides-and-info/

Hope this helps, and welcome!

EDIT**** Also while its on my mind, immediately begin gathering anything you can to prove you have a real marriage going on. This includes pictures, Skype logs, emails, boarding passes, trips together. It will help you down the line if you have your mindset now!!!

I say get on a PC with internet access, turn off the handphone, and study what was linked in post #2.

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes they want a wet signature so she will have to mail it to you. And don't forget to write her name and DOB on the back of the 2 passport photos legibly
