Affidavit - Can two people fill it out?

Hello!

I am new to this site today and am looking for some helping with my i-129f application.

I am a UK citizen living in England, and my fiancee is a US citizen living in America. She is filling out the application as we speak - but we wanted to ask about the affidavit.

She earns enough money to be my sponsor but question 7 asks about other savings and real estate. She lives with her sister who is the home owner (and who has a lot more savings!), so are we able to send in two affidavits. one from my fiancee and one from her sister?

The affidavit is not part of the original I-129f you send in. The affidavit of support should be getting prepared after you get your NOA-2, and when you get to that part in the process, there is no reason to have a cosponsor if your fiance makes enough money. I doubt they'd even look at her sister's forms. Your fiance wouldn't need to put anything down for savings if she makes enough per year, and she also wouldn't put any info about the house, as it is her sister who owns it.

Welcome! This site is filled with so many useful resources...and people with knowledge and experience!

You can send in as many as you like. The gov't just wants to make sure that your sponsor and/or fiancé yearly salary is above the poverty line

For example. I had my dad fill out an affidavit for me. Just in case. I also sent mine in with the I-129f thinking that it's one less thing to send in "later". I know two other couples who did this as well

So the only things we need to send in are I-129f form, a photo of each of us, the biographic information for each of us, letter of intent for marriage, and any supporting documents??

Here is the guides which lists everything needed for the I-129f. The I-134 comes later, as someone said, after NOA2 and during the interview phase.

If her income is sufficient to meet the requirements, there is no need to send real estate or savings account info.
