For the filing fee your wife can either get a money order from a post office or send a personal check from her checking account. The instructions of who to put as the recipient are included with the instructions for the I-130 on the USCIS website.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

your wife is the US citizen?

getting MO at post office is easy

she makes it out to Department of Homeland Security as stated on the pay to the order of LIne

proof of marriage:

she will need original from Algeria and translated copy of marriage certificate

photos of the marriage celebration (about 25)

proof she traveled to Algeria / stamp on passport or copy of the visa as required to enter Algeria

(if you travededl elsewhere to marry, like Tunisia, then all this from Tunisia)

any and all other proof of relationship like copies of a few emails, greeting cards, phone call records, chat records

sending copy of an affidavit to your personal email

hope it can help you

you have to have the marriage certificate for proof of marriage

as i stated before

in native languade and translation into English

must have all legal stamps from country you were married in

ours was a raised stamp

if you send only a copy now to USCIS, NVC will want original one at the next stage

I can see you already stress over this

This is a long and hard process so keep yourself calm and you will get thru this

Just do not give up
