Hi I saw in another post that the consular at the inteview might ask for a signed form with name and addresss (proof pf residency in US) and has to be notarized. Is this the G325A? My wifes interview is 12/21/2015.

I am vietnamese. The paper is ( cong chinh chung minh, ho ten va dia chi) Thank you so much

Do you live in Vietnam with your wife? They are talking about Proof of Domicile not the G325A. If you have been living in Vietnam quite a while you maybe asked to show reestablish of domicile.

I live in the US and my wife is in Vietnam. I am an US citizen. I saw in a another post from a another site from K1 applicant stating they asked her for her spouses " full name/residency, must be signed and notarized". She did not have it so she was denied. What is proof of domicle. Thanks

Okay why are you worried about their interview has nothing to do with you. If you live in US no need to prove domicile.

I am sure they just got a 221g and need to give further documents. You aren't denied because you don;t have a form.

And they are K1. Maybe they had insufficient evidence.

What thread are you referring to? I am sure there is more to it.

Because I thought my wife might need to bring that to her interview. I just want to be prepared.

They have your G325A you wouldn't have got past USCIS without it. Unless you put down another address other than your US for country of domicile you are fine.

Your spouse recieved packet 3 stating what was needed at the interview. You can find that on the HCMC website as well. So look through what is required and read in the Vietnam regional forum as to what is expected.

Being unprepared at HCMC is not wise. Don't worry about other embassies or consulates. Prepare for what happens here.

I am prepared and Ive looked through what needs to be brought to the interview. Its just that After reading about needing to bring a proof of residency (signed) made me wonder, if I needed to bring one also.
