You're from England right? How many mass shootings can you name?

More or less than USA?

England rocks.

how could i not get that when the weapons used in san bernardino were purchased legally and the guy who shot up the planned parenthood wasn't allowed to have guns - but he did. ease of access is really the only factor we can control. the alternative is forcing every citizen to own and carry a weapon. and i really don't think that's what you want either.

and you ignore the fact that mass shootings don't happen so often ANYWHERE ELSE.

In fact they do.

We have posted that graphic many times, I get tired of repeating the truth over and over

http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/health/2013/09/19/u-s-has-more-guns-and-gun-deaths-than-any-other-country-study-finds/

The United States has more guns and gun deaths than any other developed country in the world, researchers found.

A study by two New York City cardiologists found that the U.S. has 88 guns per 100 people and 10 gun-related deaths per 100,000 people - more than any of the other 27 developed countries they studied.

  • The overall firearm-related death rate among U.S. children younger than 15 years of age is nearly 12 times higher than among children in 25 other industrialized countries combined.Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, 1997;46:101-105.
  • The United States has the highest rate of youth homicides and suicides among the 26 wealthiest nations.

For example, from 1966 to 2012, the US accounted for 31% of mass shootings around the world, Adam Lankford, an associate professor at the University of Alabama Department of Criminal Justice, recently told The The Wall Street Journal. That's more than any other country.
