Addendum to question 34.a. of I-129F

On the Addendum to question 34.a. of I-129F, do I put my full name(petitioner) and social security number and his full name (beneficiary) and passport number at the top right hand side? Or just my information there since I am the only one signing and dating it?

Hopefully my last question and I finally get this all in the mail this week!!

How To Fill Out Form I-129F

1. Type or print legibly in black ink.

2. If extra space is needed to complete any item, attach a continuation sheet, write your name and Alien Registration
Number (A-Number) (if any), at the top of each sheet of paper, indicate the Part and Item Number to which your
answer refers, and date and sign each sheet.

Yes, I have read that before. I am confused since they are not saying petitioner or beneficiary. Who do they want then? Whoever is filling it out? So me as the petitioner, I just put my name and SS #?

Question 34.A doesn't require your social security number. I simply put my name and address under the heading of what the piece of paper was for, wrote my statement, signed, and dated it. You are the petitioner filing the I-129F, so it's going to be your name on the paper.

This form was for Petition so you better fill the petition name, Address, A-number is not required but more is better than less so i prefer to put A#.

The I-129F petition is filled out and filed by the USC petitioner. It does not ask for a SS#. It asks you to put your name, the part and question number you are answering, then sign and date it.

The petitioner is filling out the form so their name goes on the addendum sheet.
