Hi,

So I did our cover letter from the example form from here. But after K-1 fiancee do I also write .... and a K-2 visa for (childs name)??

To Whom It May Concern:

Enclosed please find my Form I-129F, Petition for K-1 Fiancée Visa for XXXXXXX, and supporting documents.

Contents include:

- Payment in the amount of $340.

- G-1145

- I-129F

- I-129F Supplement: to prove website is not a IMBRA

- G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

- G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

- Birth certificate (Petitioner)

- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

- Proof of having met in person in the past two years

Proof of ongoing relationship

I know we have to put his name on the I-129F and he otherwise dosen't have to be in the package we sent. But I just got some doubt about how Sweden embassy can see that we also need a K-2 visa?

I know he has to do the medical and his own DS-160, is it just when I sent that one the know??

Sorry for the questions, I'm almost done with our package and just starting to be a little nervous that everything is okay.

Thank you.

Hi,

I know we have to put his name on the I-129F and he otherwise dosen't have to be in the package we sent. But I just got some doubt about how Sweden embassy can see that we also need a K-2 visa? - when the child is on the I-129 F form he is included on the approval and when you are eligible for interview and medical you will see your case number at CEAC with additional number such as 01 for K1 (you) and then 02 for K2. That is how embassy knows you have a K2.

I know he has to do the medical and his own DS-160, is it just when I sent that one the know?? - these 2 process are after you get the approval. Send your forms and the waiting starts.

Sorry for the questions, I'm almost done with our package and just starting to be a little nervous that everything is okay.

Thank you.

No

I know we have to put his name on the I-129F

You list ALL children on the 129f regardless of age or immigration intentions (or not).

and he otherwise dosen't have to be in the package we sent. But I just got some doubt about how Sweden embassy can see that we also need a K-2 visa?

You will tell them how many K-2 visas you want issued when you fill out the DS-160 (or is it DS-260) online form prior to the interview.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

Only thing needed for a K-2 on the I-129F is their name(s) where it asks.

Once the petition is approved, if you want to apply for a K-2 along with the K-1, then the K-2 will need their own DS-160, visa processing fee and medical. You can contact your consulate to ask about any specifics for K-2 processing through them.

thank you! I might just do that. I get so nervous since we are almost ready to sent it in :)
