I had a lawyer review my K-1 petition packet last night. I have one copy of my (petitioner) G-325a and one copy of my fiance's (beneficiary). I was skimming about online and found something dated recently that said to send in four copies of the G-325a?? Four my mine and four of his, two of each or stick with the original just one of each?

Thank you very much!

No, only the one cop from each.

The old G325A form was a four page form with all the pages virtually the same. That's where you got the four from.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Follow the instructions for the I-129F (section 8 lists the G-325A): http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

That is some seriously outdated information.

Years ago, the G-325A had 4 pages with carbon. You had to send all 4 page copies for each person. This has not been the case for a long time now. The G-325A was updated to a single page form back on 7/15/09 with a form edition date of 6/12/09.
