If your DS-3025 says that your vaccinations are complete, then yes, you don't need anything else. You can ignore the Form I-693.

I am planning on using non-USC. I don't think the USC spouse needs to include a G-1145, right?

That is what i figured.

We shall see if they accept the DS-3025 - I included a copy of the vaccination record they gave me at the Visa Medical, just in case, but really they should have it on file. After all, they took the whole packet at the airport.

We ended up using non-US citizen (me) and sent it out today.

Even though, I gave to say, after repeatedly writing my name on the forms it got a bit tedious, my name is sooooooo long now lol

The packet should get there next week and then we just wait to get contacted, right?

Wow! December 5th was a hot day!

On the fourth, my husband and I went to register him in community college and we stopped by the county records building to get certified copies of our marriage certificate. We hadn't gotten the original in the mail yet, but as it turns out, they hadn't processed it yet, and registered the original that day!

Is the visa number the red number on the visa?

Interesting. We got married on a Saturday and walked into the city hall Monday night and just got certified copies there. Nobody ever sent us anything. hm. different state I guess!

I believe it is. It is on the visa, starts with a k and then has a few numbers afterwards. It is the same number used when checking in for a flight to come to the US? You know how they ask for visa and visa number? That is the one :-)

Same here. Married my wife, had to wait a week then went back to grab all the original certified ones in-person.

As a note to everyone, many of the AOS forms had been updated recently. I had filled out the AOS forms while my guy was still overseas (I like to be prepared... :luv: ) and I had to revise them. I'm glad I was reading the October 2015 filer thread because some received RFE's for the older forms.

The revised forms are:

  • Form I-485 (revised October 5, 2015) - Apply to Adjust Status (AOS to GC)
  • Form I-765 (revised November 4, 2015) - Apply for Employment Authorization (EAD)
  • Form I-864 (revised July 2, 2015) - Affidavit of Support
  • Form I-693 (revised March 30, 2015) - Civil surgeon medical report
  • Form G-325A (revised June 1, 2015) - Biographic information

The form I-131 (AP) and Form G-1145 (e-notification) have not been revised.

Do you know off-hand if there was a significant revision between the two? Dang, so Dec Filers will get a RFE if used forms from last month?

it looks like if you pulled these forms last month and used the November 2015 revision for the EAD, you should be good. I think anyways.

I'm screwed for an RFE then. I just looked and my forms say expired 06/2015 in top right corner. I went on the USCIS website for the exact same form and now says expires 10/2017. LOL. Even though I grabbed it from that site last month!

Darn!!

Don't worry, you can fill out the form and have it ready for the potential RFE. The responses were fast to those that it happened to on the October 2015 thread. Hopefully you will only be delayed by a matter of days, if at all.
