Pick up Package from Loomis... But no ID

Hey everyone

As the title states my package is on its way as I see from my tracking # when Loomis provided me the email

But my prob is that I have no ID when I wanna go pick it up, all I had for ID is my passport and my BC ID , but the issue is my BC ID fell in the consultant building and they advised me they will mail it with my package, I don't know what to do

Any advised will be helpful that way I am able to pick up my package

Pretty sure you're either going to need to wait to pick it up once you get your ID back, or you're going to need to go down and get a new ID.


You -may- be able to just show them the loomis confirmation email and explain the situation, but that's a long shot.

The passport is in the package, I doubt they're going to let them take the package, open it up, and THEN prove they're the person who is suppose to open the package.

My fiance (he's canadian) says that you can probably use your birth certificate and your health card since your health card should have your picture on it and the birth cert will match up.

I still have my colored scan of my passport while I was getting ready for my interview and I have Visa cards I can show with my name etc would that help?

I do have my birth certificate but unfortunately I have the old health card with no pic that doesn't expire so I'm hoping to use my colored scan copy of my passport as proof of id,

I truly hope it works

They are going to put my BC ID in the package with my passport and the time I apply for another one it's gonna be late, I hope using a print scan of my passport will work

Yeah I'd try that and explain the situation. Have anything on you that at least shows your name for even further proof.

I have no other Id with photo except the passport and BC ID

I'll let everyone know here the outcome when I go to get it, it should be in within 3 bus days

You could also bring utility bills with your name and address if you have other ID with your address on it, along with the passport scan.

Any of your friends or relatives with an ID can go and pick it up as long as they have the waybill #.. I DID NOT go to pick up mine as it was very inconvenient for me..My cousin went to pick up mine using his ID and the waybill #... Hope this helps.

That is a great idea , I'm gonna ask my sis to come with me and I can go pick it up
