The post office officially lost our EAD. I don't know what to do next.

I'm so sorry to hear. It happened to a friend of mine, and ultimately his card was sent back to USCIS and USCIS sent it again. However is USPS really lost it, you should notify USCIS. Give them a call.

11/09/2015 : Receipt from USPS that package has been delivered

11/16/2015 : Received text msg notifications of receipt for the 4 forms

11/17/2015 : Both checks cashed by USCIS

11/21/2015 : Received 4 NOA1 by mail

02/21/2018 : sent I-751 Removal Of Conditions package to Vermont Service Center

03/06/2018 : NOA notice date

04/21/2018 : Received biometrics appointment letter in the mail

So no response today, i also called today to see the outcome of my expedition request but they could only give me information that i can see on the USCIS Website, also put in a service request.

I hope i get a reply soon due to start work in two weeks time and the weather due is not going to help the processing times.

Nothing on my end either...although I didn't try to call...same situation..my starting date is supposed to be 18th Feb...it's so frustrating/draining/stressful...

Can anyone tell me how long do i have to wait for the uscis to schedule my interview?it was updated jan 27. And i got my work permit but the year is valid not until next year 2017:( i dont understand. I was thinking not to send my combo card back since they are ready to schedule my interview.im just so confuse right now.i wanted to work so bad.i need ur advice:; pls

We put in a request 1/19 which was assigned and closed the same day, with note that response was sent. Our case updated to approved on 1/25. We just got letter in mail on 1/29 for result of service request basically saying it was within the 90 day processing times.

Has your EAD case updated to show card being produced and/or mailed? Our case was approved last Monday, 1/25 but as of yet there is no update of card being ordered.

Yes I got a message: your card has bee sent

visa received: September, 24, 2015

POE: October,5,2015

That's really weird. Are you certain it's not a combo card? For instance mine says at the bottom "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole". Yours doesn't have that mention?

Yes, I am sure it's not a combo card! Bottom of card says, "not valid for reentry into US". But we do have a separate mail containing a 2-page document for AP. Sort of weird, really! But not a big concern... EAD is the only we need for now.

If you filed I765 together with I485, then choose "Based on Pending I485".

When did you put the expedition request? When did you get the "completed" message? And did they ask you to send by fax your offer letter?

I just got the text a few minutes ago that my husband's I-485 status is now New Card is Being Produced!! We just got the work permit this week! And I'm so happy that we bypassed the interview stage. That's insane!

Today my USCIS case status change to New card is being Produced!!!, never saw case approved , its direct from fingerprint received to card produced, is that mean GC approved without interview and how long I have to wait to get it physically?

On February 2, 2016, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC....................., and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

My husbands case is in MO and its super slow! It says National Benefit Center, anyone here adjusting status from a visitors visa(tourist) ? Has it been this slow? ????
