No. There is no requirement for anyone to change their name through marriage.

No need to change the last name of the female spouse. My wife is still using her maiden name and we have gone thru ROC. This is a personal choice. You may want to have a reason ready just incase you get a CO that is stuck in the Dark Ages and feels all women should take their husband's surname. I think a simple, "She chooses not to change her last name." should suffice.
