Copies of Documentation for Proof of Meeting

I am in the process of presenting all the documents that support the fact that my fiancee and I have had a personal meeting. For example, I intend to show copies of the passport stamps (I'm sending in a copy of the entire passport and referencing the particular page), boarding passes, flight itineraries, hotel receipt, etc.. I am scanning the documents and then pasting them into a Word document so I can type text identifying them to USCIS. Most of the documents fit neatly to a single page. There are some documents, however, that break in odd places and take two pages. My question is, is it alright to reduce the size of the scan to make the document fit on one page or is there some rule that says the documents must be copied to scale? In reducing the size, the type is still legible.

Any thoughts on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

If the evidence is sound, details like that in regard to the format shouldn't matter.

In addition to what TBone said, if you *are* going to be adding these things, copy them exactly, breaks and all, just to be safe. It's best to assume that a mentally deficient monkey who doesn't give a rat's butt about your file is going to be reviewing it. Be clear, be concise, and above all play it very very safe. If you can, it's best to submit originals that don't have any sentimental value as originals are hard to contest veracity of compared to copies.

Yes, indeed, Dilip. We met in New York City and I have photos with famous landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. I am also sending a variety of photos from other visits; we have met five different times, twice in Russia and three times in the US.
