I just scheduled my interview on the 23rd of November, I got the confirmation and everything was okay except for one thing, I didn't apply for a new DS-160 form yet, but on my confirmation page on my application it is using my old DS-160 confirmation number which was used to apply for a tourist visa last year. I need help, I am applying for a K1 fiance visa and I don't know what to do. Should I just make a new one?

there are specific questions in DS160 for K1 application. I suggest you to fill up a new one. Or maybe it can be possible to make changes on your previous form accordingly. did you try to make changes?

Use the new MRV to do the new DS 160. Where did you schedule at ustraveldocs?

Based on some post here, that is normal that the old DS 160 info on the system will show up.

Oct 13- Case ready to be scheduled for interview

EAD/AP approved - Nov. 1/2 / Received EAD/ AP Combo Card- Nov. 15

Not an issue, simply complete a NEW DS-160, print out a couple copies of the confirmation page, bring one to the interview and SLEC will want a copy the second day of the medical.

Hey - if my fiance's DS-160 expires before he has his interview, do we have to pay again? Is there a way to revise the old one for a later date?

Once completed the DS-160 form can be saved as a DAT file for later use.

You don't pay for DS-160 forms and they don't expire as far as I know... you will have to submit a new one or edit the old one if the information on it is out of date.
