My fiancé is going for her interview soon. She has children and we plan on bringing them next year. Do the children have to go to this interview or can I pay there visa fees next year and set them a separate appointment after they get medical done.

The children do not attend the interview with your fiancee. You can pay their visa fee next year, along with completing the medical. Everything is the same process as what your fiancee is doing, only it needs to be completed so that the children's visa is ISSUED no later than the ISSUED date for your fiancee's visa... so remember to start months early.

You listed the children on the I-129F?

Yes they are listed. I have a question about CFO. She went yesterday to the siminar was there all day. They asked her to return today at 10 am. Do you know why that might be.

Will the children have to attend a interview?

Haven't heard of someone returning the next day. Did you forget any documents? How did she describe todays activities and the questions that were asked, and her answers. Did she see any body language from the interviewer that would give a reason for concern?

Need to ask her more questions about her interview.

Depends on the age of the children as to whether they need to attend or not. Age 12 and under only need to register for the sticker.

If your fiancee was asked to return, they also total her why and/or what additional information or document they want, it is never a "mystery" as to why they ask a person to return.
