Hello guys , any good luck with supervisor, we called last Monday and the representative told us that they sent our DS260 to our embassy and they are waiting a response from them to inform us if the case is completed or not what is that mean I have never heard something like that in vJ posts can anyone explain that please

Okay hope they find your missing items. Nope! Didn't heard anything back I only had a email that they had received my stuff. Besides its the first package for me so I'm keeping my finger cross hope there's no checklist stuff for me because I had send in everything they asked for in one package.

Its not clear that what is pending at the NVC for your case, you say the DS is reviewed is that mean your documents are reviewed? if so then you are pending only with the DS-260 if that is the case you need to speak to a supervisor and request for the DS-260 review.

Sorry for my mistake my doc's has been reviewed not the DS260 yes we called and asked for supervisor the representative told us it under review and ot send to our embassy and they are just in the middle they can't do nothing they are waiting a response from the embssay for being honest with you i did not believe them cuz i never heard that or read that on VJ

U are rite very rep tells something different each time u call.what I see when they do review any thing from ur side after that every rep will tell u same thing. People have difffrent experience with nvc.

. Yes it's really hard NVC give interviews for people who the got just field that DS and documents And for us nothing except excuses i don't know any more how to deal with that

Yeah today is 30 days for my ds260 so I don't know if it will be completed. I will wait to see if I have any emails from to next week and then I will make a call.

My scan date is Sept 11. After deliberation, I finally requested them to escalate to supervisor review -said it will take 42 days to be reviewed.

Then I called again - a case specialist said they received my "some" documents on Sept 25th - which is pretty strange since I never send them any after the scan date of Sept 11th.

I called again and another case specialist also said he can see they received my documents on Sept 25th. I mentioned to him I never send them anything after the scan date of Sept 11th.

Now, I am wondering if they mess up with various case numbers' documents !!!

do i have to worry about anything else as well ??

or should i just wait for an interview appointment to be scheduled ??
