invitation letter for my sister and her family

I just passed my citizenship. and i was planning to have my sister and her family visit me here, she is married with a sweden national and they have 1 child 2 years old. they live in philippines my sister is a filipino citizen. my sister have a small property( house and car). her husband is working in philippines in the swedish company.. what is the best way for them to visit here? thank you in advance.

They need to apply for a B2 tourist visa and provide social and economic ties to their country, the more the better the chances of getting approved.

21 Aug 2013: I-129F Sent

11 Feb 2014: Visa APPROVED!

20 May 2014: Wedding!

12 Feb 2015: AOS Interview - Approved

22 Feb 2017: Mailed ROC Packet

Filed: FB-2 Visa Country: Bangladesh
Timeline

If you want them to only visit, then they will need to apply for a visit visa based on their own merit, proving strong ties to their home country.

If you'd like to petition for them then that's a separate process. You'd file an I-130 and based on the current VB, its about a 13 year wait and I think a 23 year wait if you're from the Phllippines.

Your brother-in-law is a Swedish national so he can visit the US under the visa waiver program. They can't obtain visit visas with the intention of immigrating and living in the US since that's immigration fraud.

And even if they decided to live here only after visiting, you'll still need to wait for your PD to become current.
