You would put 5 for Part 3 #28 and for Part 5, #1

Yes. 1 for you, 1 for your spouse and and so #8, household size would be 7.

Yes, even if the petitioner's income is 0, they still need to provide an I-864. Does the petitioner's spouse have an income and is it included on their tax returns if they filed jointly? If so, then the spouse should probably file an I-864A.

They need to first see that the petitioner is unable to provide for the immigrants and why you need a joint sponsor.

I see. It doesn't matter if the joint sponsor does not live in the same household. As long as they're a legal resident in the US, over 18 and living in the US, then they'll be able to sponsor.

i think you misunderstood my original question.

I as the main petitioner with no income wanted to know how to fill those parts in the first post.

You are the one that is not understanding.

The answer to your original question is in the first reply to you. Teeak has already told you how to fill those parts in in the first reply to you.

You are still the primary sponsor, and as you already know, you must fill out an I-864 even when having no income.

You still answer the questions the same, as if you had an income to sponsor. You are the primary sponsor for the immigrants you are petitioning. You count them in your household size where it asks on the form. Your joint sponsor will also count them on their I-864, as they are agreeing to sponsor them as well.
