I was reading a post concerning a different couple and one of the replies was.... "having the evidence and getting it into the casefile are 2 different things, aye?

if you and your spouse not sideload this evidence into NVC during the civil docs submittal, well, a Vice-Consul did not make the time to review it prior to your interview day, as for him/her, it did not exist.

Was there a particular reason the two of you did not sideload this evidence into NVC? "

Now I have questions and I'm confused. Does NVC and the CO interviewing see all the chats, emails, phone records, afidavits, photos, and other evidence submitted with the I-30 sent to USCIS? Do I have to submit it all again at the NVC stage? How do you side load NVC? So confused now.

Side load is all about people either not knowing they were to submit evidence at the USCIS stage and for those who wish to add credible evidence say a resent trip to spouse, and vital evidence that would help their case. More chats and IM's is not good if already submitted.

No you don't resubmit what you already submitted its in your case file and good thing is submitted at USCIS means its approved. Not so when submitted at NVC. A CO is not required to look at it or accept it, but they do.
