my wife had the interview on August, 11, 2015 at American embassy at Cairo , , and she get approved. She went to Aramex office in Alexandria to pick up her package & after she opened the package she find her passport with Visa but the sealed envelope is not hers. The information printed outside the envelope as the name & picture belongs to someone else.

I`d call and go back asap with the entire package. Someone else will be having the same problem (they`ll have your wife`s) so they`ll probably fix it as fast as they can
