That's correct! You can also file the I-131 Advanced Parole at the same time and the fee is waived also if filed with the I-485. Good luck!

As stated you can file the 765 and 131 with the 485 submission without additional fees. You still need to meet all the checklist requirements for each form individually as once they arrive at the Service Center, they are routed to separate areas.

Yes, all 3 applications (AOS/EAD/AP) in one envelope mailed to the Chicago lockbox. The fee is only $1070 for everything.
