CR-1 Wife application

I received a letter from nvc to choose the agent, pay fees, get documents and all that fun stuff to do.

Also, got an email on my wife's name asking for the same information.

Do I need to get polices reports for both of us or is just for her?

WWhat about her taxes, in Colombia they do no report taxes because is under the income limits, should I say not applicable?

Thank you
