Our case was approved at uscis and was sent to NVC and it's almost month and 2 weeks no letter from them sending Email no response calling them but the line is "busy" what shall we do?

It is best to call right before the open. I would always try to call 30 seconds before 7 AM EST. However, I called other times, too. You will need to call 20 to 60 times and then wait on hold for up to an hour to talk to someone.

Every time I kall is like it hangs up on you after they say message and no response for mails too it's making me feel like this may get delay ? What things does need to be prepared?

Most of the time when you call the NVC, you WILL get a busy signal. When you get a busy signal, hang up and immediately dial again It may take you a few tries to get through, but you will connect.

The key here to getting through to the NVC is being very persistent and don't give up!
