I filed the application in Feb 2015

Received RFE for bona fide marriage on Jul 24, 2015

Rfe delivered to NSC on May 10, 2015

The status online is still on

Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received

with knowing that we been married since Apr 6, 2011

my questions is when i expect to receive my NOA2 for I-130 Approved ???

and if the date of marriage can do something with our case at any stage of Visa Processing ???

First of all, have you called USCIS and spoken to a tier 2 customer rep enquiring about your case?

Secondly, you've been requested to send in further evidence to prove your marriage is authentic.. meaning they are not satisfied with what evidence you've produced with your I 130 petition....

There are factors behind their decision which you may fall under;

.Beneficiary is from a high fraud country with none/insufficient evidence submitted of a bona fide marriage.

I think it is mainly at the USCIS stage and possibly at the interview where they may look at these things like the date of your marriage etc..

My advice would be to call them

thanks ditdot for your advice but we will do this next week if we dont hear from them then ,, cuz its say to give them at lest 15 days then we can get a call but thanks for help anyway

Yes call them next week since they only received it on the 10th.
