renew ead

Hello! My hubby is having to send in his paperwork to renew his ead this week as he has not gotten his greencard yet. I am looking at the paper to fill it out and am confused as to what USCIS office to place in question 11. I am also wondering if we have to send in a new form for the AP as well or is just the EAD form?

Stuff that needs to be sent with the paperwork, is 2 passport photos, the G-1145 (is that the number? lol), the barcode sheeet that came with his EAD, and the I-485 NOA1 (copy or actual one we have?) am I missing anything?

The USCIS office which adjudicates EADs based on C-9 is the National Benefits Centre, or NBC. Enter that on the form.

If you want a renewal AP as well then you'll to complete another I-131 too, it won't just come automatically.

You'll need four passport photos (2x I-131, 2x I-765), two photocopies of the I-485 NOA showing it's still pending, a completed I-131, a completed I-765 (marked "Renewal" under "Application Type"), and a copy of the front and back of the expiring EAD.
