I would think the total household size would be the same for both forms 3? thanks

Please do not use 864 ez because you need to file i864. 864ez is for only one immigrant but in your case you have 2 immigrants, wife and baby. Your form will be rejected. Edited by nilx25

Iread since both the beneficiaries are immediate relative each will have their own visa petition...separate visa petitions.....is that right??

Did you file two I 130? One for wife and one for child. If not than your wife is intending immigrant and your child is derivative beneficiary. You do not need 2 I130 if you are us citizen. Do you have separate case number for wife and child.

There are no derivative beneficiaries for Immediate Relatives. Two petitions (and two Affidavits of support) are needed if he is a US citizen.

On my wifes i864ez total household would be 2 (me & wife), I should not include stepchild?

but my stepchild's 864ez total would 3 (me, wife, & stepchild), it says to include spouse if it was not included first line.

This is a bit confusing to have different household sizes...has anybody filed 864ez for spouse/stepchild?? please do not want to make any mistakes and delayed my cases.

thanks

Yes this is how you would send it. On the wife's it would be 2, and on the stepchild it would be 3. The step child is not a dependent until after immigration.

Instruction says only to include people who is already immigrated and living with you plus the person you are petitioning on that particular form.

So it will be 2 in both cases.
