RFE because of photographs [why?]

Hi everyone,

So I get a RFE instead of a NOA2 because seems like the photographs are not according to their demands.

Can someone confirm that the pics have to be 2 x 2 inches and any other information will be welcome (size, color, face, etc) since the letter we receive the RFE, they don't provide any info about why the pics end up rejected.

Should I follow this exact instructions
and I will be fine? People that send te pics and don't get the RFE, what you guys worry about in the pics?

Thanks in advance.

passport photos don't show skin like low cut dresse

clothing should be plain color / no prints

No hats / but muslim woman, for instance can show covered hair / also has to have photo showing her without head cover
