Hi everyone, I'm a little bit lost right now.

My case has been received by the embassy on July 9th, and my fiancé (USC) received by email my Packet 3, where it says that I had to fill and send back the form DS2001 "Notification of Readiness". I did so the day I received it, and sent it with "Courrier suivi" : it has been received on July 17th. But now that I search on VJ to find some case similar to mine, I found a topic (very recent, from July 2015) where they actually sent the DS2001, and after a month of waiting, they finally found out that they had to schedule the interview themselves... The ambassy even quoted the packet 3, but a different version of the one they and I received. Mine says I have to wait for them to schedule my interview, and on the one quoted, it says to go ahead and schedule it.

I don't know what to do. I've sent an email to the US embassy (ParisConIV@state.gov) but i'm still waiting for an answer.

If some of you are from France, can you tell me what to do and how did you do in your case please ?

I know some of you will tell me to wait and be patient, but on a lot of timelines, when the embassy receives the DS2001, the interview is scheduled two days after max !

Thank you !!!
