Hi, again! I've been looking for support regarding my interview which is next Monday and they are asking me in the check list to bring documents that make me eligible for LPR! My AOS is based on marriage with my husband who is an American citizen, so I need some clarification to what I need to bring that shows eligibility!

Thank you so much for all your help!

The only thing they would look after is the evidence of bonafide marriage and ongoing marital relationship. So take whatever you can that shows the ongoing relationship including but not limited to:

  1. original marriage certificate and birth certificates
  2. wedding photos
  3. photos post wedding of daily life events, trips, vacations not only of you two but with families, frens too
  4. flight/hotel reservation/tickets of any trips taken together
  5. joint ownership of bank accounts
  6. joint lease
  7. joint tax returns
  8. health insurance and/or life insurance showing you as beneficiary
  9. utility bills if under separate names showing the same address
  10. plus anything that you think might help that you two are living a good marital life.
