Can anyone help?

My fiancé filed his application for naturalization last April, after his biometrics on April 23, he haven't heard anything from USCIS. Now I want to check the processing time. I just need to determine which his field office is since he lives in Whittier, and it is under Los Angeles field office and Los Angeles COUNTY field office. Can anyone please enlighten me.

I've read a few posts about the LA vs. LA County issue... no one I've read about has been able to figure it out... perhaps they assign cases in the overlapping areas according to workload... or maybe it's broken down by zipcode... not sure. The applicants who have posted here just wait until they get their interview notices to find out. My guess is that where you live within Whittier determines which office gets your application... but that's just a guess.
