seems theres a new DHS branch in canada, doing serious work last quarter and this quarter.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hi did you get any answer ?

I was called last month. They found someone who looks like me on a us visa issued in bahamas about 15 years ago. That's I'm still waiting now. In February i will have 1 year since i was put on AP.

Hi joseph!

Can't believe you are still stuck after your second interview... :wow:Have you notice any updates on your file? I don't have any news either... 8 months and nothing. they only post an update when i send an email. it makes me think my file is like the centerpiece on somebody's desk. (It's there but nobody touches it) :dead:

I've been waiting almost 9 months, i really hope and pray somebody touch my file!
They never post any update unless i send an email to inquire.

Hi there!

everything went well at the interview yesterday. but there is a problem, it looks like someone used my picture on a visa application with a different name from Bahamas and i don't who did that. so they tell me they will investigate more, it will take a while, they say they may call me for another interview .

Can you please share your lawyer l's name? Thanks
