I can't believe it is so hard to get a visa from Ghana. My husband and I did everything right from USCIS to NVC, got the medical exam and shots, the police statement.....EVERYTHING and they still denied him saying they were sending it back to USCIS for review based on the consular did not think our marriage was genuine! OMG! Do we need to have sex in front of them?

Hi there so sorry about your case but tht's exactly what am facing now. What is the problem with this embassy? I still am yet to hear one successful case approval as yet, ridiculous, anyway if you have any idea how to work on things kindly share pls, thanks and good luck to you and your spouse

I feel your pain. We were also denied under 221g. And its still u der administrative processing. His interview was aug 6. I called my senator and congressman office they said they will help with my case. I also sent a letter to the president, but no call yet... lol

I also spoke with several immigration lawyers and and some said wait at least 2 months and get married and refile under cr1.

This process is so painful. So i totally understand

My case was completed on 07/16/2015 and am yet to know my interview date in Ghana, I have been married for a year and half now and I have two kids with my husband who both qualified for an American passport. As I am still here waiting for my interview date I have no pictures of my court marriage since everything was lost on my iPad when I updated the software ,how long will I wait for interview date and what do I do about the lost pictures? Our kids were tested for DNA before their passports were approved if that helps
