If I'm going to file an I-131 for someone (humanitarian parole), what do I write for Part 1, #6 where it says "Class of Admission"-- I'm a US citizen, that's what I write? I have a pending I-130 petition.

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: China

i thought that was the type of visa issued to 'that' human [ie, not you]

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

At no point during the CR1/IR1 process is an I-131 needed. May I ask why it's being filed?

But there is no reason for an I-131, which is advanced parole? This would not enable a foreign beneficiary to visit the USA. They need a tourist visa or ESTA. A person with a green card can simply travel as can a USC. Again I'm unsure why an I-131 is needed for your I-130 unless the beneficiary is now adjusting status vs chasing a visa.

ESTA is what VWP countries use to visit the USA vs a visitor visa.

Everything you need to know is on page 9 of the instructions. After one google link I found this: http://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/i-131-application-for-travel-document-for-humanita-1114230.html

I'm starting to wonder if google has a god complex.

Well it's not something generally asked here. So if you're very concerned, use a lawyer perhaps?
