Follow to Join Mean

I have post my IV fee by mail. My four family member status for iv fee have marked as paid but one child status show Not Paid. Show a message against this child "FOLLOW TO JOIN: The NVC previously received notification that A S was not immigrating at this time. The NVC will consider payment of A S's fee as notification that the applicant will be immigrating with the Principal Applicant."

I have added this child recently and also send the IV fee along with others. Please give me your feedback.

contact NVC via telephone, get a supervisor, and ask the supervisor to change that designation,

if,

she's to be interviewed same day as the rest of the family.
