Okie this might sound a bit dumb lol but i still thought to ask today i paid for Bill IV online and while entering bank account # i put it with any 0 i just entered all the digits except zero so i was wondering is it okie to put account number without the 0 or u have to put all the 0 too while entering account number :/

you put in your account number exactly like it is if there are zeros then you put them. Most accounts have 12 to 16 numbers. It has to be exactly correct or it will be rejected.

Don't really get the not putting zero's. Do you mean zero's before the account number like 0023456789. If that's your account number than that's your account number.

Its best to go online and get it if you have online banking or if you have checks just take it from there.

Thanks Dwheels76 yea the account number has three 0 before the digits and last time my consultant tried to paid online for AOS with all the zeros but it got rejected then later my wife did the online payment without entering zeros and it got through I was still wondering how did it happened but it happened so now wile paying for bill iv i didnt enter any zeros but still thought to ask though it doesnt make much of a difference now i should have asked before but again may be some one else might get his / her account number righ hehehe reading it

It's easiest to take the account number from a check. I believe there is a description on how when you are trying to pay.

Thanks NLR for replying actually we took the account number from the cheque book but we didint enter the 0's only other digits. It was a twelve digit account with zeros and we only entered nine without zeros.
