I don't think there is any problem, the explanation given was that there is a backlog at VSC and the agents are continuing to process cases received.

One agent told me to wait for 1.5 months after my date is current.

@ctracker really? What did they say the problem is?yours is a year already

Anybody got any new updates? I spoke with a Tier 2 officer and he raised a service request, don't see much coming out of it! As my extension expires 7/27, I made an infopass appt at my local office for the 22nd.

I filed my ROC on July 13 2015 and still haven't heard anything. I spoke to a tier 2 officer about 1 week ago who sent in a service request. He assured me someone would get in touch with me in 2 weeks. So that's gonna be this coming week. Let's see what's gonna happen.

On a different note I have been randomly adding case numbers (EAC**********) to my USCIS account just to check their dates and compare them to mine and I found cases filed as early as July 10, 2015 that still haven't been adjudicated. Also the USCIS website says there still working on cases for June 29, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. I know it sucks having to wait this long but it will come any day now.

Also I found something really awesome... An official VSC e-mail address where people can send inquires after having spoken to a T2 officer and gotten no response back. It's vsc.ncscfollowup@uscis.dhs.gov it says there you must include the name and badge number of the officer you spoke to as well as the SRMT number the officer gave you. Not really sure whether they're gonna answer that e-mail since they receive an average of 15,000 e-mails a day but it's worth a try.

If anyone wants the link of the page where I found that info just let me know.
