I mailed my AOS fee on June 22, and IV fee on July 23. I spoke to NVC and told me their system shows my AOS fee paid on July 24, and IV fee on June 25.

Lady at NVC asked me to wait 3-5 days and hopefully I will be able to open DS260.

Do you think that she is right? I see people wait mad long to fill DS260 after IV fee payment due to website problems.

FYI - I am still not able to log in site due to website issue, case number and invoice doesn't match error.

uh no, sadly a lot of people over in the nvc thread including myself paid by mail in early May and it still will not showed as paid . Several of us had to pay again online for it to work over a month after the mailed payment . By all means I hope your case is a lucky one that works but these reps are giving a lot of false hope lately .

I sent money orders (IV & AOS) in last Thursday to the St Louis PO box and received the payment confirmation email yesterday. I called the NVC and the agent told me the Fees were paid as of Tuesday. He said to keep trying to access the DS-260 and if I still couldn't access it after 10 days from Tuesday I should call in and they will escalate it to a technical specialist to update my case on CEAS. Did you try the whole technical specialist things? Is it real or BS?

Nothing will happen until the communication between the websites of NVC and State Dept. are fixed. That's what I was told. That's why NVC website cannot "see" the paid by mail IV fees. Very frustrating indeed. I actually made a contact form to track the different operators and supervisors I talk to and document their various replies to my questions. Some try to help and some don't but you must figure out the truth based on small pieces of info from each.

Because they are awful.. I had send my AOS and IV package together months ago and they told me a few weeks ago that I never sent my civil documents. I said that is impossible cause I sent it all in the same packet. I had to resend them. I honestly thought things could not get worse after my 8 month wait at TSC, man was I wrong.
