Hi,

My husband and I were married before the 90 day mark, but were unable to submit the paperwork for AOS in on time (I-94 expired on 5/31/15). Will this be a problem if we submit this now?

Also, I just looked at his medical exam, which was taken in Jamaica prior to his arrival to the US and it looks like he will need the TDAP (tetanus booster shot) and Variciella. Are these indeed required vaccinations and will he need to go to a certain physician to get these shots (as he did in Jamaica)?

He is now on my health insurance and I figured that I would just take him to my doctor- but would these shots need to be documented on a certain form or should I include whatever my doctor gives me as proof with the DS-3025 health exam he already has.

Please tell me there is hope- I am going crazy here!

doesn't matter when you aos you can wait for 30 years...no worries there.

Medical is only good for a year from when completed so if it's been a year that must be reaccomplished. Pretty sure I know the answer to your shot question but don't want to misinform on that....

He completed his medical exam in Mach 2015--- I am more concerned with what vaccinations are required. It looks like he got everything but the Dose 2 for Varicella and for his TD shot- there is a letter B next to it that notes that it is insufficent time internal to complete series. It looks like he will need his booster dose?

This form is very confusing!
