I don't know about Delhi, as we went through Mumbai. My husband's passport/visa was received 2 days after the interview via pickup at ustravelodocs office near the Mumbai Consulate. There is no standard time frame for how long it takes to get your visa as every embassy/case is different. Just keep checking the ustraveldocs site, that's how we were able to see the update and "ready for pickup" message. Congrats on your approval and best of luck to you. I'm sure you won't be waiting long.

Hello my name is Briana.

I saw that you got approved in 2016.

I am also going through the cr1 for new Delhi. Thank you so much for posting this. I'm nervous about my husband getting approved for the i130 ,NVC and Interview. I don't want to bug you about going backwards. But could you please tell me what you included in your i130 packet.

I know the 2×2passports pic,i130,i130a. I included lease, birth certificate, Marriage certificate ,7photos,and marriage agreement, with my husband birth certificate, and flight ticket receipt, and my passport stamps, is this enough for the i130 petition? Please respond.. is there anything I need to know? Extra....

Yes I know about the police certificate and my husband bio data Passport page. Anything else?

You have his flight ticket purchased already?? They don't typically recommend and they definitely don't require that for the interview, as you don't know what the results of the interview will be. Is it refundable?

No I'm saying I put my old flight ticket receipt in my i130 petition. And wanted to know what else do I need to include.

I also did 2 notarized affidavit letters. My i130 Petition is about to be sent off.

Do u know if I need to include anything else? Or any additional information u could tell me?

The flight ticket receipt was from when I got married in India. (Showing proof)

But could you please tell me what you included in your i130 packet.

I know the 2×2passports pic of my husband and I each,i130 form,i130a form,g1145.

I included lease, beneficiary birth certificate, Marriage certificate ,7photos, marriage agreement from court,3 marriage witnesses from court, my flight ticket receipt, and all my passport pages front and back,2 notarized affidavit letters,my state ID,my social security card,3 pages of chat records, is this enough for the i130 petition?

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).
