Things to expect at a US port of entry with an immigrant visa in hand?

I have been to the US quite a couple of times before with the most recent being admitted as a Lawful Permanent Resident (8 years ago). I left the US and stayed here in the Philippines to finish school. I was re-petitioned by my naturalized USC father and recently was approved of an immigrant visa. I handed my green card at the US Embassy in Manila during my interview because they asked for it. Now, with regards to entering the US with a new immigrant visa, will I be having any problems? What documents should I prepare? What questions should I have answers to? Thank you very much :-)

please review the POE reviews section here. Thanks !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Nah you're good to go. Just make sure the visa packet is kept in pristine condition upon POE. They just ask basic questions, I can't even remember because of excitement to get out of LAX. Nothing you can't answer, that's for sure.

Congrats and stop worrying too much! Lol.

And don't forget to pay the $165 immigrant fee for your GC. Your petitioner can pay for it online at the USCIS website, under ELIS.
