I've been approved for K1 since May but I'm planning to enter US on 3rd week of Aug.,

I'm just a bit worried if the delay will cause issues at the boarder?

I'm tied up with work contract.

VISA expiration will be on The first week of Oct..

I hope to hear any ideas/same experience about my situation..

Thank you!

Your visa is valid for six months from the date of your medical. You can use it any time before it expires and you won't have any problems at the border.

Not an issue, they may ask why at POE but not a big deal. Just clear POE the day before the expiration date on the visa.

With the current situation about visa's being delayed be sure to watch your dates. If you haven't received an answer/visa in hand by mid July, I for one would be on the phone to the embassy to see how much longer it will be. Good luck and safe travels.

Op you did not say for sure you had your visa "in your hands" but your post sounded like you do have it.

If you do have your visa, (because you knew the expiration date) you should have no problem, with your plans.

Just be sure you are a few weeks before the expiration, because, "things happen" just as no visas being printed right now.

You should be fine.
