i had two questions, i thought i saw someone else posted this but i tried searching for it and cant find it....im sorry if im duplicating :/

1.can the petitioner fill out and SIGN ds260? i read on visa journey that the petitioner can but i thought it had to be signed by the beneficiary? does nvc track ip address to make sure it was signed by beneficiary? maybe im worrying over small things but just wanted to make sure,,,

2.when sending in tax returns, what pages do i send? mine has like 15 pages, am i sending in all of them for the past 3 years?

thanks in advance

As long as the DS-260 is filled out either of you can submit the DS-260 no they do not inspect the IP address.

You have to submit all the tax forms and or Tax transcripts (Transcripts are so much better)

And when it says tax return, they mean any w2s, schedules, etc... EVERYTHING that would be sent in a paper return to the IRS. Which is why most people tend to get the tax return transcript because it's less paperwork. Currently you cannot download them (but try anyhow), but they can mail them to you, or you can visit an IRS office and pick them up.
