SO, I got my letter from the NVC stating they got everything necessary for the case. " As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified"

This was dated 08-apr-15, and the priority date was 07-jun-13 (the day we first filed)

I haven't gotten any emails or letters about an appointment and its now 8June15 2 months

after the initial letter.. I have called the NVC to see what is next or if there is any additional

paperwork to file and the NVC line is busy as always due to the high call volume.

Have I missed anything???

Their line is like that always. You have to keep redialing until you get a ring instead of the all our agents are busy. It will often take 5 persistent rings to get through. You just have to be determined that you are going to reach them and patient while you wait "20 minutes" 40 minutes for those who have called in several times before. As For your priority date, there is no longer one existing if the petitioner is a US Citizen. They are getting their ducks in a row so you should hear from them soon. You may want to keep an eye out for any paper work sent to the applicant.

That what I read that US holders don't have a priority date, but I guess I wasn't expecting a 60 day wait after the NVC sent me

the everything is good letter. I am going to keep calling the NVC I still want to talk to a person just to make sure everything is

good. Thanks for the response it really does give piece of mind I swear this is the longest process EVER.!
