Our case was complete May 21st, got the interview date on June 2nd but still have not received any mail or email that they sent it to the Embassy in Manila . How long does this take?

I know we are in the final stretch of this journey and I'm running towards the finish line but seems like I'm running on a treadmill ..

I know their system has been hosed. usually emails come with 24 to 48 hours. I would call them to see whats up.

Not sure about Manila, but I received this today from Guangzhou, China. Don't let this demoralize you because I think this is a standard response......

Case completed on 5-21-2015 (yea!) and the package was sent from the NVC to the Consulate in Guangzhou on 5-29-2015 (it has not yet been received). We emailed them and they responded as follows;

"Our records indicate we have not yet received Ms. XXX's physical case file. The case was electronically loaded by the National Visa Center (NVC), which allows us to open the case in our system. However, we still require all of the supporting physical documentation to process these cases. Currently, the file is in transit from the NVC. Due to the long delay imposed by Chinese customs, the file could take up to four months or longer to reach the Consulate. Once we receive Ms. XXX’s file, we will begin processing the case immediately and will contact you with further instructions."

Dwheels, I received mine that day to and nothing. In trying to call today.
