No more news from me, my case status is still showing as response to RFE received. We didn't apply for an EAD but wishing I had now so at least there might be some progress.

I'm adjusting through Portland and believe that they are working on a 5-7 month processing time, so I expect to hear something between October-December. It's hard anxiously waiting though....I check the USCIS website daily and get all jittery on a daily basis until the post arrives.

11/13/2017 - I-751 delivered to CSC

11/13/2017 - NOA1 Date

11/17/2017 - Received NOA Letter

11/17/2017 - Date of Biometrics Letter

My AP was approved July 25th and EAD approved July 27th. Got an update that says 'Card Was Mailed' August 4th. Hopefully EAD/AP card will come in the Mail next week :)

hi, guys, I hope you'll get your EADs very soon!

Avania, Im crossing my fingers for you!

meanwhile, Im getting nervous. We called Obamacare people yesterday to add me onto my husband's mediacal insurance (I finally got my ITIN* number which we applied for in april, and I didnt have time to drive an hour to local IRS to apply for SSN yet). But it was not even an issue: they told us that he can only add me in November when he renews his policy for the year 2016. So now we wont be able to get a joint medical insurance for the interview, which really sucks.

So far, from the financial evidence we have only joint bank accounts (debit cards), joint taxes for 2014. We cant get a joint lease or any utility bills since we live with his family in their house.

Does anybody have any suggestions what other financial documents we can bring?

*ITIN - is a SSNumber that can be issued to immigrants before they have EAD and can apply for a proper SSN in order to be able to file joint taxes.

Good morning everyone, I am sitting mailbox awaiting the mailman lol, will keep you all posted.

This is a very good question, I was trying to find the thread someone answered a similar question. I am in the same boat with you. Financial wise I have joint bank accounts, renters policy insurance, apartment lease which I am wondering will be an issue. I filed my application while living in Brooklyn NY. We are moving on Saturday to New Jersey. I am very worried about changing my address and they transfer my case to New Jersey. I still have access to the Brooklyn mailbox but...

Does anyone know if the wait time for interview in NJ is less than NY? My case has been ready to be schedule since June....

Thanks to USCIS im going to lose my job offer...I called them today and spoke with tier 2 and they are telling me the card was sent to the print from July 29 however it is still not printed ...Wednesday is 2 weeks since i've gotten approved. I keep explaining that I have a job offer and the IO said there is nothing that can be done I have to wait. O well... guess I'll continue sitting at home counting the cars drive pass everyday :girlwerewolf2xn:
