My NOA state that my case is transferred to California center. Is it a good center? Are they fast?

Also, when I check my case status online it says " error no information can be provided ". It's only been 2 weeks since I Got NOA. Is it normal?

Nothing happens fast along this journey. All service centers are always busy with the 2.5 million cases sent thru them.

K 1s go thru pretty quickly as long as the docs are correct. It would be a good idea to get the police report ect ready in Thailand.

is the fastest of the centers available. even thou lately a lot of petitions have been sent and transfered there and they have a bigger number being processed. Prepare for maximum of 2 months to get NOA 2. Good luck

Right now it's the fastest, but they fluctuate at any given moment. Plan for a shorter wait by getting your documents together but keep your cool if you're waiting 5-6 months to get your NOA2, although right now they are spitting them out in a month or two. There's no telling if the routing of all the petitions will slow CSC down in the coming months.
