My fiancee had his interview on June 22nd, the only thing that updated was the status updated date to June 30th.

The visa was approved, yes?

I wonder if it will updated to AP when they are printing it soon? But it sounds like they touched the case?

Signature coming soon...

They wouldn't even take our proof of relationship when my fiancé interviewed. I would say bring what you can but defo don't stress over it. Good luck :)

According to my experience at islamabad embassy.....skype call logs and facebook messages are very important.....they didn't ask it from me but there was a girl whose interview was at the same date asked abt skype call logs and facebook messages and her husband passport photocopy not only the biographic page copy but also the airport stamps copy to know that how many times her husband came to pak....unfortunately she didn't have this at that time...so she received a white paper asking abt these things which means she didn't approve....so batter to take all of these things with u...u need not to bring all facebook messages and skype call logs but just print out the few u have it will be ok.....and the copy of all financial documents also....bcz its better to be over prepared than under preparations.... :)

Guys, got emails today! Husband and son's visas have been issued! No phone calls yet.

Interview was on 9th June.

Btw, CEAC still says, Administrative Processing for both of them.

This also happened to me. I had my senator contact the embassy and they said the embassy sent an email to me (petitioner) at ____ email. Which let us know that they had misspelled my email and was the reason we didn't get any email. Plus I think it's weird they were only sending it to me instead of my fiancé in pakistan. But well you know...

So I would suggest calling if you can or seeing if you can get help from senator. Islamabad will take forever to reply to your email but they respond to senators the same day. :) good luck!

My status changed to issued on 25 June. And it says it could take up to 10 business days to receive visa. So I'm guessing this means they are doing something. Surely they are printing visas or in the process of getting them ready to print soon?

The senator thing worked for us as well and embassy sent the 3.5 packet email to my fiance yesterday.

Thanks for the congrats. Here's the text of the email.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email. Similarly, we are pleased to inform you that this immigrant visa case has been issued. Shortly, the passport and the visa packet will be delivered to the American Express courier office for the applicant. The courier office will make contact accordingly.

Sincerely,

Immigrant Visa Unit

Consular Section, American Embassy

Islamabad, Pakistan

Email address is IslamabadNoReply@state.gov. The subject line is our case number, ISLxxxxxxxx.

It's in response to our query on this page, http://islamabad.usembassy.gov/contact-information/visa-inquiries.html, I think, because it begins with " Thank you for your email. ..."
