Hello All please help me out, filling out i130 form online for my spouse and I am stuck at Part 5 Question is "Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien? Should I Say "YES"? since I applied for my both parents back in 2021 and they are approved. my second question is if I choose here YES then the online application allowing me to put the information for only one parent. means, I only can put the information about my Mother either my father not for the both parents. so what should I do in this situation for better understand my question I uploaded the snapshot s of the screen where i am having a hard time. any help is appreciated. Thank a lot.

Packet 1: DS-260 Confirmation Appointment Letter 2x2 Passport Size Pictures Original Passport (Old + New) Packet 2: Original Birth Certificate Original Urdu Nikahnama (Attested by MOFA) Original NADRA Marriage Certificate (Attested by MOFA) Original Translation of Nikahnama (Attested by MOFA) Copy of Pakistan Original Card (POC) for USC Spouse Packet 3: I-864 Updated Signed IRS Transcripts (2021, 2020, 2019) W2 (2021, 2020, 2019) Employment Letter (Showing current salary and ongoing employment) Salary Stubs (Last 6 Months) Bank Statements (Proof of Assets) Packet 4: Travel History (Visas, Flight Tickets etc.) Call/Chat Logs Pictures (Wedding, Vacations, Family) Insurance Documents (Showing Beneficiary Name) Bank Letter (Showing Beneficiary Name) Credit Card Statement (Showing Beneficiary as Authorized User) Looking for the feedback of VJ Family Members, specially the ones who recently dealt with US Embassy Islamabad, Pakistan. My fiancé went for his interview on the 11th of October. He received a white 221g slip and on the bottom the CO wrote “sent to USCIS for revocation.” Ceac date was updated on the 13th after his interview and showing Ready still. On US travel docs it’s showing this message “passport is still with embassy” (it’s not with them it’s with my fiancé and I’m not even sure if the website always said that or not). interview: fiancé arrived- woman asked for some documents- she took my 2020 w2 and tax transcripts but not my 2021. She didn’t take my affidavit of support. She didn’t look at our messages or call logs. She didn’t look at our western union or rent receipts. She didn’t look at our itinerary. (This woman was a third party Pakistani National not American citizen) fiancé went to CO window and he only said these things- how did you meet? what does she do for work? how old are you both? (He’s in his 20s I’m in my 30s with a 10 yr age gap) all he said to him was “that’s unusual” about our age gap and then wrote on the white 221g slip “revocation” and said the interview is done with no answer about any evidence we need just that it’s over and slammed the window in our face. Wanted to share this experience in case for others to see or if they had something similar happen and what was the outcome. -
My expedite request is approved one month to now on medical bases. But i didn't received IL from US Embassy Islamabad yet even after a month of approval. And main thing is that my case status on website also didn't changed yet. It's still showing "At NVC". What is the reason behind that can anyone knows? And how much time ISL Embassy takes after expedite request approval to send IL. Case Category : CR-1 DQ Date : 7 July 2021

Hi, I am new to this website. Is there a spreadsheet for the IR-5 Visa Interview in the Islamabad Embassy in Pakistan to figure out which dates/cases they are working on and approximately when we can expect the interview for our parents? Our documents are approved by the NVC, but they have not sent them to the Islamabad Embassy in Pakistan. -
My Sister is using my Brother's income for sponsorship of her husband now the question is she's filling i864 and so is my brother but my brother's wife my sister in law also works and they file taxes together so so what form will be used for my sister in law would it also be i864 or i864a and if it is i864 would it be different form or same form as my brother's

Hye guyz !! I am From Pakistan and living in Pakistan my wife is American my interview is coming after some days everything is going smooth in our case but for interview day i have a question we have a age gap relationship my wife is older than me . We have screenshots of our daily conversation we have alot of evidence but i am lil bit scared about age gap so what is the best answer to satisfied the consular... Any good advice please i will be very grateful. Thank you -
Dear All, Our F4 case is DQ 30-Nov-2019 and interview ready with priority date of 11-Sep-2006. Do anyone has any idea about how long it may take to get an interview call. Thanks

Hi VJ'ers, Hope you all are staying safe. Here's a background of our story. Please keep in mind we sent an inquiry every 60 days and got the same AP response from the embassy. 10/17- Applied for father's ir5 2/18- Interview at Islamabad Embassy in Pakistan, result AP followed by DS-5535 which was filled and sent back the following day 4/19- second interview at ISL Embassy with updated medical- updates on ceac made but no visa issuance, still AP 1/21- we requested for his passport back since he was needing it to travel and attend to business, passport received, case still in AP 3/21- Latest CEAC update on case (under AP still) 4/1/21- Today, the case on CEAC updates to EXPIRING SOON We emailed the embassy today that we are awaiting for the AP to end and for the visa approval, not sure why its "expiring" due to their own delays. I know factors like the pandemic and changes in the US Administration are factors which can add to the delay, and Islamabad is notorious for long dreadful APs. Do you guys think its time we do a mandamus?

Please help and encourage each other here. All of us, could help and seek help from each other. Islamabad Embassy has scheduled CR1/IR1 interviews until June 17, 2020, they have also scheduled IR5 interviews but the dates are not clear yet. -
Does Islamabad embassy require Applicant (spouse) to bring original divorce certificate of Petitioner with him/her on the interview (CR1/IR1) Note: petitioner is divorced in USA -
Hello, so my husband had his second interview oath/fingerprints in July and was told to submit new medical along with a valid passport, which we did in august, today my husband received a call from the embassy asking to confirm that it was medical and passport that he mailed and if there’s an additional phone number for him, the guy on the phone stated he’s going to pass all my husband information to the officer for processing..on ceac our case went from refused to administrative processing and date updated. Any idea if this may FINALLLY be some good news after 17 months total of AP!!!!
