I will receive the finality of Nullity of Marriage in few days, And I'm going to sign my G325A so I can send to my fiance so he can file I-129f. I don't know what to tick on Marital status, Is it Single or Divorced? I don't know if Divorced applied to us. I'm from Philippines.

Is this recognition in the Philippines of a foreign divorce or the result of an annullment?

07/08/2008 Driver's License renewed

04/20/2009 Lifting of Conditions approved

It's the result of an annulment..

Then no divorce occurred so you can't answer divorced. The only other choice that can apply is single.

So I have to tick "Single" even if I'm annulled? I'm really confused because in the US it's called divorced like.

"An annulment is a legal procedure which cancels a marriage between a man and a woman. Annulling a marriage is as though it is completely erased - legally, it declares that the marriage never technically existed and was never valid."

So I would interpret that as you would be counted as single if it was an annulment from the state and not a religious one, and if it's recognized by the US than you would put single.

No matter where an annulment takes place, essentially it is as if the marriage never happened. You cannot be divorced if you have never been married. The appropriate slection is "single." :)
